I spent over 20 years as a surgeon, but my career and my life completely changed when I had my own health challenges about 8 years ago.

I went to see a doctor because I felt like crap. I had no energy, couldn't focus, couldn’t sleep at night, and I was 25 pounds overweight. And most importantly, I wasn't able to be the husband and father I needed to be.

What was really a turning point in my life was what he recommended. I needed to eat more vegetables and exercise more.
